By accessing our visual portal or placing a custom order for our PMMA stackable vanity boxes, you explicitly enter a binding legal agreement with stacksortitwell.makeup, governed by French commercial codes.
1. Purchasing & Custom Assembly Contracts
All items requested represent bespoke design selections. Production begins immediately once your inquiry is validated by our design team and payment clears our transaction gateways. We reserve standard cancellation rights on custom requests that exceed structural parameters. Due to the tailor-made nature of interlocking stack modules ordered via our interactive digital design platforms, physical construction procedures begin directly following invoice generation.
2. Structural Use Guidelines
Our stackable organizers are designed exclusively to hold domestic makeup palettes, cosmetic tools, and dermatological skincare creams. Please avoid exceeding the recommended load specifications (specified as max 5 stacked tiers). We decline liability for cracks or surface scratches resulting from non-standard heavy objects.
Specifically, the following operating guidelines must be respected to maintain our optical product warranties:
- Thermal Excursions: The ChillBeauty Skincare Drawer must not be operated in unventilated cabinetry or areas exceeding 35°C ambient temperature.
- UV Radiation Exposure: Although our cast PMMA is treated with anti-yellowing compounds, continuous placement in direct midday sunlight may slowly degrade cosmetic formulations stored within.
- Chemical Reactivity: Do not wipe the surfaces with solvents containing high concentrations of acetone, pure alcohols, or abrasive cleaning scrubs. Only apply neutral micro-fiber cleansers.
3. Delivery, Freight, & Carbon Neutrality Policies
We guarantee secure, carbon-neutral parcel shipping from our Paris warehouse. Shipping duration details are estimates and may vary slightly during high-volume periods or limited boutique launches. Risk of loss and title transfer pass to the buyer upon handoff to our certified global shipping couriers.
In the event that cargo is delivered in a broken state due to transit vibrations, customers must file a formal declaration with diagnostic pictures to our support desk within forty-eight (48) hours of package receipt to obtain complete insurance coverage.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The layout grids, mechanical magnetic interlocking tracks, silent closure silicone rails, custom configurator algorithms, and the distinctive triple-colored logo marks displayed on stacksortitwell.makeup are the absolute property of our French founding organization. Any unlicensed reproduction of our physical blueprints or electronic frameworks will trigger fast legal responses in French commercial courts.
5. Return Policies & Right of Withdrawal Exception
Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the standard 14-day European Right of Withdrawal does not apply to transactions involving highly customized merchandise. However, for all standardized, non-customized product models, you retain the right to request a complete refund within fourteen (14) days from physical parcel delivery, provided the merchandise is returned in its pristine, unopened original packaging structure.
6. Liability Limits & Performance Disclaimers
We supply our modular platforms on an "as-is" basis without express warranties of performance regarding bacterial sterilization efficacy or structural longevity when subjected to extreme conditions. Under no legal circumstances shall our studio be held liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to the degradation of premium cosmetics, active serum oxidation, or physical dresser scratches.
7. Dispute Laws & Court Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed strictly under the commercial laws of the Republic of France. Any unresolved claims, structural complaints, or contract disputes will be settled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris.
